Khloe Kardashian has put in some serious gym time, and she’s sharing her top tips for flat abs this summer. Find out Khloe’s exact workouts for toning up, ahead!
Khloe Kardashian, 31, has become devoted to her fitness routine over the past few years, something she repeatedly shares on her app. Recently, in her fit column, Khloe shared her favorite moves for getting rid of love handles and tightening her abs so you can rock a bodysuit (her summer clothing of choice) with confidence.

Even though Khloe is always sharing gym selfies and clips of her workouts over on her Instagram, the moves she shared on her app don’t require a trainer or even any equipment (except for a yoga mat for when you’re lying on the floor). “Here are my six go-to moves to look bangin’ in a bodysuit,” Khloe wrote ahead of her toning exercises.
First up, Khloe does two sets of 10 reps of mountain climbers. To add an extra burn to the classic move, Khloe brings her knees into the opposite shoulder while holding her plank position.
Next, Khloe does plank hip dips, where she starts in a plank position and dips her hip to the ground on her right side, using her stomach muscles to hold her weight and pull her body back to center. For a full workout, Khloe alternates her hip dips left and right, completing three sets of 10 reps.
Switching to a standing position, Khloe does wrap twists, which work your sides while also engaging your stomach muscles. Alternating sides, she recommends completing two sets of 20 reps.
Kicking up your traditional sit-ups, Khloe’s take on the exercise requires you to start lying flat on your back and using your abs to bring you up to a sitting position with your knees bent in towards your chest and feet off the ground. To really tone up, Khloe does three sets of 20 reps before switching to cross-leg crunches (bringing your elbow to your opposite knee as you complete a crunch). To finish up her tummy toning exercises, Khloe does side plank toe-touches, which work your upper body as well. Alternating sides, Khloe does two sets of 10 reps, bringing her leg up to meet with her opposite hand.
