Amber Heard, 30, came forward today, May 27, as a possible victim of violence due to her ex Johnny Depp, 52. Police were reportedly called to her apartment during one alleged attack taking place on May 21, and we’ve learned that Amber apparently refused to give a statement after the awful matter. After the alleged attack, Police arrived to the scene after Johnny had already fled, so officials took a report, according to TMZ. “Cops told Amber they would find Johnny and arrest him if she gave a statement about the alleged violence, but she refused. Officers told her if she changed her mind she could call them,” the site says. “Cops gave Amber this business card [above] and told her to call if she wants to press charges…she has not gone back to the cops.” A source tells People that “prior incidents were worse”– so awful.
As we told you earlier, Amber is in court claiming that Johnny allegedly smashed an iPhone into her face during this May 21 attack. The actress has accused Johnny of using her iPhone as a weapon, claiming that while she was talking to a friend on the phone, Johnny took it from her before smashing it into the right side of her face while she screamed to her friend to “call the cops”. Amber is filing a temporary restraining order against Johnny in court, claiming that there are many more instances of violence besides this one.
