Doing an intense workout can be challenging for a variety of reasons. Besides the workout itself, you have to coordinate a good time to hit the gym — ideally between blowouts, in my case. Here’s one thing Ashley Greene loves that makes the whole process easier.

Ashley hit the Rise Nation studio in L.A. on May 24 — it’s the first of its kind to feature VersaClimbers, a super challenging “mountain climber” workout! Her trainer Jason Walsh led the workout for guests and Ashley — it looked hard but so worth it to get a sexy bikini body in time for summer!
