Who’s ready to see Clinton/DeGeneres run on the Democratic ticket for election 2016? Hillary Clinton stopped by ‘Ellen’ to play a game of ‘Who’d You Rather: VP Edition’ and picked her over tons of other celebs! Click through to watch!
If Hillary Clinton, 68, becomes the Democratic nominee for president, she’s going to need to pick someone to run as her vice president on the ballot. That’s why Ellen DeGeneres decided to help make the decision easier when the candidate visited her show on May 24 with a rousing game of “Who’d You Rather: VP Edition.” Hillary was forced to choose between people like Michelle Obama and Beyonce, and wound up going with Ellen herself! What a tough choice! How could anyone make the brutal decision to give up spending almost every waking hour with Beyonce or Michelle — or Bradley Cooper? The game worked like the classic “who’d you rather,” with Ellen first giving Hillary the VP choices of Mark Cuban and Joe Biden. She picked Joe, duh! Things got more complicated when Ellen threw Scandal‘s Tony Goldwyn in the mix! He lasted through several rounds (including against Bernie Sanders), until Hillary was faced with choosing between him and George Clooney!
“Well, Tony could be the first term and George could be the second,” she told Ellen, trying to get away with having both hot guys by her side. Nice try! George was ousted by Beyonce, because…obviously. Who wouldn’t want the queen to be their closest advisor? Hillary was all set to go with First Lady Michelle, whom she called an amazing pick, until Ellen volunteered herself for the position. Done deal!
The amazing episode also featured Kate McKinnon (another VP choice) doing her insane, spot-on impressions of both Hillary and Ellen. It’s one thing seeing her hilarious impressions on Saturday Night Live, and another seeing her do it to their faces!
