Poor Niall Horan. The One Direction singer just admitted he has been getting harassed by a ‘group of fans’ who have been ‘nothing but abusive’ to him the last two weeks. On May 24, he finally stood up for himself by blasting them on Twitter. Read his message here!
Niall Horan has had enough! A group of fans were drowning his phone with “abusive” messages and keeping him awake all hours of the night, so he finally put his foot down and stood up to these bullies on Twitter May 24.
“For the last two weeks I’ve been receiving messages off a group of fans, they have drowned my phone in messages, keeping me awake at night. But the worst part is. They have been nothing but abusive. Saying things you wouldn’t even believe about me and my family. And saying the worst things ever about my little nephew. Thank god I’m not the kind of person who thinks into stuff like this,” he wrote in a series of tweets on May 24.
Good for Niall — we’re glad he stood up for himself, and we hope the messages stop. No one deserves to be the recipient of “abusive” words.
On a positive note, Niall has been working on some solo music, HollywoodLife.com previously reported.
The 22-year-old has been in the studio with Wayne Hector, a producer who worked with 1D on songs like “Best Song Ever” and “Little White Lies.”

“We are writing together, but he wants to do it for himself and not other people at the moment,” Wayne explained to the Daily Star. “We have no idea where we will end up. Niall wants to enjoy time off [from One Direction].”
