Justin Bieber may think he’s clever, but we’re on to him. On May 23, the 22-year-old singer posted a video of himself singing Taylor Swift’s ‘Teardrops On My Guitar.’ And anyone who’s anyone knows they have a longstanding feud with each other, so is he calling her out? Watch!
Justin Bieber‘s fans have been going wild ever since he posted an Instagram video of himself singing Taylor Swift‘s “Teardrops On My Guitar” on May 23. It’s odd because they’ve never been fans of each other, so we have to ask — is this his way of trying to get her attention? Just look at the mysterious smile on his face.
On Monday afternoon, Justin posted the video of himself riding in a car with a friend. In the background, you can hear Taylor’s song playing, and then, after Justin looks at the camera and tries really hard not to crack a smile, he starts singing the lyrics. Specifically, he sings, “he’s the reason for the teardrops on my guitar.”
If Justin and Taylor didn’t have beef with each other, we’d say it’s probably just an innocent video, but something about Justin’s smile tells us differently. But either way, his fans are going nuts over the video — they seem to love it. Most fans commented on Instagram with words like: “This is sooo cute omg” and “Your eyes sparkle. So beautiful.”
Justin does look cute in the video. We can’t deny that. But we’re curious if there’s a deeper meaning behind this post. It’s a very interesting choice of song. Stream Justin Bieber’s album — simply sign up for a FREE 30-day trial HERE.
