‘The Voice’ finale is here — and that means each remaining artist gets to perform a duet with their coach! Hannah Huston took the stage with Pharrell, and they actually sang one of his very own songs, ‘Brand New.’ Obviously, it was totally incredible!
Hannah Huston and her coach on The Voice, Pharrell, have formed an amazing bond over the last few weeks, and their connection totally showed in their Finals duet during the May 23 episode. The original version of this song actually features Justin Timberlake, but Hannah is a pretty darn good replacement, don’t you guys think?! The performance was absolutely amazing, and we just can’t get enough of these two! Stream Pharrell’s hits on Amazon Music RIGHT HERE.
Considering Hannah has been Pharrell’s last-standing team member for the last several weeks of the competition, they’ve had the opportunity to spend a lot of time together, and it’s clear that the one-time winning coach is SO proud of his newest protege. Hannah’s Blind Audition performance was the biggest audience she ever sang for, and she’s certainly come a long way — she’s like a pro now!
During the Season 10 Semifinals, Hannah dished to reports, including HollywoodLife.com, all about the great advice her coach has given her throughout this journey. “Be yourself, be yourself, be yourself,” she said. “Be exactly who you are, but continue to grow. As a teacher, I want to teach my kids that same message.” Perfection!
Hannah is up against Adam Wakefield, from Blake Shelton’s team, Alisan Porter, from Christina Aguilera’s team, and Laith Al-Saadi from Adam Levine’s team, in this season’s Finals. It’s so great that each coach has an artist to represent them as things wind down, but it’s definitely going to be a fight right to the finish — there’s just SO much talent this year. Who do you guys think will win it all?!
