Wow! Kesha was amazing. Kesha was joined by Ben Folds for a very emotional and powerful performance of Bob Dylan’s, ‘It Ain’t Me, Babe,’ live at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards. And by the reaction of the crowd, it was a moment she’ll remember forever!
It was a wild week for pop star Kesha, 29, leading up to the 2016 Billboard Music Awards. At first, it looked like the producer Kesha has been at odds with recently, Dr. Luke, 42, was going to prevent her from performing at the Award show held in Las Vegas, Nevada. Then, at the last minute, it seemed like Dr. Luke approved of the performance. What ended up happening was Kesha made it on stage and did an amazing cover of Bob Dylan’s, masterpiece It Ain’t You, Babe, accompanied by Ben Folds, 49. The performance was heart-felt, inspired and perfect in every way. The crowd was so moved they were brought to their feet in applause and Kesha was brought to tears. What an amazing moment!

Kesha and the infamous producer have been at odds lately due to serious allegations from the singer. What made Dr. Luke nervous about her BBMA performance was whether or not the star would use the opportunity to make a public statement about the successful producer.
Thank goodness cooler heads prevailed and Kesha was allowed to go on stage at the hip music award show and share her silky voice with the world. Kesha looked sexy, sounded fantastic and her performance of It Ain’t You Babe was show-stopping. Everything was awesome! Kesha also performed the song the week leading up to the show with her friend Ben during his concert in Los Angeles on May 18th. She was awesome then and even better at the BBMA’s.
