Career change? Adam Wakefield may be close to winning the latest season of ‘The Voice,’ but he tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that being on the show has made him question having a career in the music world. Keep reading to see what he said!
Oh, no! The Voice contestant Adam Wakefield may have made it down to the last four singers in the competition, and seems to be a fan favorite from Team Blake Shelton, 39, but he tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that he’s not too sure that the music world is really where he wants to go. Better late than never?
When asked what will you take from the show and experience, he was totally honest. “For me a lot of it was getting a taste of what life would be like if you pursued your own music career,” he EXCLUSIVELY spilled to HollywoodLife.com. “Do I want to spend this much time away from my girlfriend and away from home? Do I want to sit on my phone all day and tweet people and all this stuff? It has been eye-opening. It is not all just glitz and glamour. There is a lot of hard work that goes into it…It is also a good taste of if you want this to be your life. Do you want to spend your life in hotels? Shaking hands with people you don’t know and all that?” Hey, you can’t hate on the guy for being honest!
Despite questioning the whole music career path, it seems like the show’s viewers want Adam to take it on despite if he’s feeling it or not. He was voted into the Top 4 on the show Tuesday night. Yep, he’s now officially getting a step closer to being a finalist!
So HollywoodLifers, what do you think of Adam’s honesty about him not being sure if he wants to live a music career lifestyle?
