There’s no way that ‘SNL’ would let Donald Trump get away with supposedly pretending to be his own publicist, in a telephone call in order to talk about how ‘tremendously’ great he was. Tapes were released this week of a suspicious bragging voice and ‘SNL’ zeroed right in.
Saturday Night Live never fails to crack us up! Not only was Drake, 29, on as a host and performer on May 14, but a sketch, mocking presidential candidate Donald Trump, 69, for allegedly pretending to be his own publicist earlier this week went down, too. Check it out!
What’s a Saturday Night Live sketch without someone making fun of the Donald? One went down tonight on the show, and it was SO funny. Darrell Hammond, 60, opened the show, playing the controversial presidential, and of course, New Jersey governor, “Chris Christie,“ made an appearance too. Well, sort of. SNL actor Bobby Moynihan, 39, played him. After the skit mocked Donald allegedly impersonating his own publicist, “Mr. Trump” and “Chris” discussed who Donald should pick as his Vice President. And former republican presidential candidate Marco Rubio, 44, probably didn’t find the skit to be that funny — he was dissed more than anyone else. They said he’d have to ask his parents for permission to take on the gig! LOL! Some of their other hilarious suggestions were John Kasich, 64, and Ted Cruz’s former VP partner, Carly Fiorina, 61, who “Donald” said had nothing bigger than a B cup breast size.
Saturday Night Live has been all about the Donald impersonations and jokes for weeks now, and they seriously never get old. It seems like there isn’t anything more fun than making fun of good ol’ Donald these days. He just seems to put himself in those sort of situations. Darrell makes sure to nail his Donald impersonation every time, too! We usually have to take a double take!
So HollywoodLifers, what did you think of the SNL crew mocking Donald again?
