Will Wilcox, 29, is a stud. Will needed only one shot to put the ball in the hole on the 17th during his second round of The Players Championship. Will just pulled off the first hole-in-one at 17, since Miguel Angel Jimenez accomplished the incredible feat in 2002. The look on Will’s face is simply priceless. Golfers wait lifetimes to sink incredible shots like Will’s tee shot on the par 3, 17th hole. With his curly hair waving out of his white cap and his 9-iron in hand, Will punched his bright yellow ball 147 yards, over the large water hazard and onto the green. His ball landed gently, inches from the hole, and rolled into the cup. Boom, hole-in-one!
Will is an American professional golfer from Birmingham, Alabama and the only thing cooler than his awesome golf shot is the outrageous celebration that followed. After the ball dropped into the hole, Will tossed his club, threw his hands in the air and leapt into the open arms of his caddy. Will then received hugs from the players in his group and gave out emphatic high-fives to the small gallery of fans watching by the tee. It was an amazing moment for sure.

There have been only seven other professional golfers to get that ace feeling from the 17th at TPC. Will is sitting in good company with some great golfers and the shot will likely not be repeated for some time. Tradition in America dictates that Will never use that ball again and he is obligated to pick up a round of drinks at the 19th hole. Bravo Will, well done!
