So scary! An emotionally disturbed man showed up on Taylor Swift’s New York doorstep May 10 and the police needed to be called! Luckily, her security team jumped into action before he could get inside her place.
Yikes! Taylor Swift, 26, has had another intruder threat, this time it’s at her Tribeca loft. A man described as “disoriented” tried to get in to her posh pad but fortunately he was stopped by her quick thinking bodyguards before anything terrible could happen to the pop star. A dark-haired mystery man with an oversized duffel bag came calling to Taylor’s place around 6pm local time, and was milling around on the porch of her building looking like he was up to no good at all. Tay’s security team proved once again why she’s got the best protection in show biz as they quickly detained the guy and called 911. Once police and firefighters arrived on scene, the man was handcuffed and taken away, according to TMZ.
From the video obtained by site, the man is pretty disheveled with scruffy hair and a beard, while wearing a dark shirt and pants with a black jacket. Police are seen searching through his duffel to see if he had any weapons or was going to do anything to try to harm Tay Tay. Eventually the “disoriented and “emotionally disturbed,” man was taken away in an ambulance to a local hospital for evaluation. This isn’t the first time in 2016 that cops have been called to one of Taylor’s homes because of an unwanted visitor. In Feb. a man with a guitar showed up to her Beverly Hills home wanting to pitch her a song and refused to leave until her security team called the police. That incident went down just a few weeks after a guy in military fatigues was arrested after he was lurking in Taylor’s driveway entrance acting suspiciously. Whew, we’re so glad Taylor’s protection team is so quick to keep the bad guys away!
