While the Met Gala was the biggest fashion night of the year, the A-list stars ditched their couture gowns and had a blast at the Ball’s after parties! Check out how some dressed WAY down, but still stayed stylish to keep the night alive.
The 2016 Met Ball has come and gone and while we’re still reveling in the amazing looks of the night, those heavy costumes gave way to much more simple and comfortable looks for the stars to hit the after parties in. Everyone from Beyonce to Lady Gaga traded in their red carpet looks to have some serious fun in cozy outfits once the gala came to an end.
After all the high fashion on the red carpet at the Met Ball, Beyonce changed out of her skin-tight latex Givenchy gown into a much more comfy black number to party the night away with her sister Solange, who ditched her amazing yellow outfit into a ruffled gray pantsuit to hit the event’s after parties. The pair looked so much more relaxed than a year ago when Bey’s sis gave Jay Z a beat-down in an after party elevator physical fight with the Queen just looking on by. No drama this time around as the sisters simply enjoyed the post-ball action together.
Kylie Jenner gave her bruised feet and bloody legs a break by wearing a super cute Balmain mini-dress with sexy cutouts to the event’s after parties. She covered up her badly skinned legs in thigh high tan suede boots and looked amazing. Fellow model Hailey Baldwin did the same in a very similar look pairing nearly identical blue suede boots with a similar mini dress, only hers was pink and sleeveless.

Lady Gaga changed out of her amazing sequined leotard for a much more androgynous look in a black pantsuit as she performed at event after parties, jamming along with an electric guitar. She no doubt thrilled the audience as she blew the late night hours away for her A-list fans.
