Leave it to Lady Gaga to take advantage of the biggest dress up party of the year! Gaga strutted down the red carpet at the 2016 Met Gala on May 2 acting like she owned the place. And she might as well, looking the way she does! Gaga dominated in a Versace number that practically looked like a circuitboard!

Gaga made the bold choice to go without pants to the 2016 Met Gala, and you know what? We’re not even surprised anymore! But that doesn’t mean her ensemble wasn’t totally amazing. Mother Monster took us back to her “Telephone” era with a metallic, intricate bodysuit and jacket, torn fishnets and sky-high boots. It’s a little barer of a look that others on the red carpet, but one she executed masterfully. The theme is technology, so why not dress up like a super sexy android?
When we mean those shoes are sky-high, we mean she’s standing at least a few stories taller than usual in 10 inch heels! While she looks incredibly badass, we can’t help but wince when we think about the huge steps she’s going to have to climb getting into the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Ouch! This is her thing, though; she was born to rock shoes like those!
Seriously, though; Gaga looks incredible. Only she could ever pull off a look like this, and come out looking better than ever! In a sea of ball gowns, Gaga knows how to stand out and stay true to her own style! And you know that she loves the outfit too — you can see it in her pose! When you’ve got that much confidence (plus a bleach blonde mullet), you can do anything!
