Nobody calls President Obama a “couch commander!” Chuck may be safe from the president’s wrath, though. The shocking moment comes as part of a taped segment during the president’s raucous, incredible speech at the White House Correspondents Dinner! Called — what else — “Couch Commander,” the short takes us into a glimpse of what post-White House life could be like for President Obama. Short story: he’s really going to need to find a new hobby!

President Obama has a serious existential crisis about what he’s supposed to do with his life once he’s not president, and he reaches out to anyone who can help. Enter Vice President Joe Biden, who tells him he should do some volunteer work, or at the very least get his driver’s license back, all while trying on different pairs of aviators. The president is really trying, guys!
He makes it to the DMV, but you can’t get a license without a birth certificate. Oh, that old chestnut! But he ultimately finds solace in former House Speaker John Boehner, who cries with him during a screening of Toy Story. John reminds him of all the fun he can have when he’s not in the White House anymore! He can wear mom jeans, and sneak cigarettes, and eat McDonald’s new all-day breakfasts. There’s a beautiful world out there — as long as you’re not Chuck Todd.
