A Walgreens in Minnesota may hold the answers to Prince’s death! The pharmacy he visited four times before his death is now under investigation, a new report claims. Get all the details here!
Authorities may be closer to narrowing down the cause of death for Prince. The police descended on a Walgreens near Paisley Park, and it’s the same Walgreens that Prince visited four times during the week of his death. Hopefully, the findings from the police will lead them closer to a cause of death for the late singer.
The picture being painted of the final days before Prince’s death isn’t a pretty one. In fact, it’s starting to look downright scary. While no one is certain exactly why Prince needed to go to the pharmacy four times in the week leading up to his death, this investigation might provide us with some much needed answers.
Authorities served a search warrant to the store and headed straight to the pharmacy, according to a report from TMZ. Once inside, they combed through tons of documents in an attempt to find the paper trail that may help to uncover the cause of death for the singer.
There have been multiple reports that Prince was addicted to percocet, and even OD’ed prior to his death on April 21. So the police are searching for anything in particular dealing with Prince and percocet, or any known aliases the star may have used.
Authorities are also looking into other doctors and pharmacies that may have helped to get him any medication. They’re taking every precaution necessary to find out what led to his untimely demise in order to finally let him rest in peace.
