Kelly Ripa, 45, had our jaws dropping when she returned to the Live With Kelly And Michael show on April 26. The mom of three is always in top shape, but she looked even leaner following her beach vacation and her slimming secrets are all thanks to being extremely disciplined about her workout.

Wearing a fitted sleeveless red jumpsuit for her big Live return, it was impossible not to notice her crazy toned arms and slim body. But Kelly isn’t shy about crediting her enviable body to her trainer, Anna Kaiser, and working out seven days a week.
Anna, the celeb trainer behind the famously toned bodies of Shakira and Sofia Vergara, also founded her own fitness center, AKT InMotion, specializing in her results-driven workout. Anna’s dance-based classes also incorporate yoga, strength training and plyometrics to get your heart rate up while also toning your body.
Kelly reportedly takes Anna’s dance-cardio classes four days a week, spinning two days a week at SoulCycle and running one day each week to round out her workout. On top of this, Kelly told People that she sticks to a high-alkaline diet (which basically means she tries to eat mostly veggies and fruit). “I like to drink coffee. I occasionally will have fish. The alkaline diet is primarily a vegan diet, but I like cream in my coffee. I like to have a glass of wine. So I don’t adhere to it strictly,” she told the mag.
According to US Weekly, Kelly’s favorite exercise is Anna’s Tuck and Twist Abs. To do this exercise, Anna says to start by lying on your back on a yoga mat with your arms stretched out straight over your head and your legs lengthened with your toes pointed. Engaging your abs, tuck your chin to your chest and slowly roll up to a near-sitting position while at the same time, bringing one knee towards your chest and extending your arms out to the side while twisting towards the bent knee. Anna says to continue switching the knee raised/direction of the twist.
