Jess and Nick are just trying to have a conversation when Prince shows up! Can you imagine? “Hi, I’m Prince,” he says to a shocked Jess and Nick. Prince won his first and only Oscar in 1985 for Best Original Song Score for the movie Purple Rain. Wearing a sparkling blue cape, Prince took to the stage to accept his award. “This is very unbelievable,” he said. “I could never have imagined this in my wildest dreams.” He was very shy while saying his thanks, but you could tell he was so excited.

Prince hit up the ladies of The View for one incredible interview. After then-host Sherri Shepherd asked him to tell her that he loved her, she nearly fainted. He had a little advice for Justin Bieber as well. “The key to longevity is to learn every aspect of music that you can,” Prince said, “and I hope that he does pick up an instrument and get a good teacher.”

Prince got such a huge applause when he graced the stage in 2005. Jamie Foxx could barely contain his excitement when Prince introduced the movie Ray. Prince’s compliment to Jamie was of the highest order. “You were Ray Charles,” Prince said to Jamie.
