WHAT happened to Chyna, 45, in the moments leading up to her unexpected and tragic death? That’s the question police are trying to answer as everything surrounding this shocking incident unfolds. Now, it’s being reported that Chyna actually died days before police discovered her inside her home on April 20, and the initial belief that she may have committed suicide is looking less and less likely.
The scene inside the WWE legend’s apartment have officials believing she had passed away at least a day before they entered the premises, according to TMZ. There was also no suicide note at the scene, and although there were reportedly three or four prescription bottles at the scene, they were legal and not “out of the ordinary.”
It had previously been reported that Chyna had possibly overdosed, as neighbors revealed she’d “seemed under the influence” recently, but based on what things looked like inside the home, that definitely isn’t confirmed, the site reports.
The last known contact Chyna had with anyone was on Sunday night, three days before she was found dead. Interestingly, on that same day, the 45-year-old also posted a strange video of herself rambling for 13 minutes about vitamins, being vegan and more.

The WWE community has been rocked by this unexpected tragedy, with dozens of wrestlers taking to social media to honor one of their own. “A physically striking and wildly talented performer, Chyna was a true sports-entertainment pioneer,” the WWE said in a statement. “Not only did the Superstar dubbed ‘The Ninth Wonder of the World’ help found the groundbreaking faction D-Generation X, but she also holds the distinction of being the first and only female to win the Intercontinental Championship. WWE extends its condolences to Laurer’s family, friends and fans.”
