Khloe Kardashian, 31, might just be leaving the boxer braids to Kim Kardashian. With the help of her glam team, Khloe came up with a brand new double buns hairstyle, which she wore with sky-high lashes and a nude lip.
Taking inspiration from the Japanese Harajuku girls, Khloe’s go-to hairstylist, Jen Atkin, gave her a double bun hairstyle that was sleek and shiny. Khloe posted a picture of her look, saying: “I love my hello kitty, devil, harajuku buns that @jenatkinhair gave me!! Everyone loves to have a different name for them. Pick a name and enjoy kids!@1maryphillips you always kill it on the glam 💋.” While the official name is still up for debate, we’re in favor of naming them Hello Kitty buns.
To make copying Khloe’s look as easy as possible, Jen shared the how-to on her Snapchat. To start, mist the Christophe Robin Instant Volumizing Mist with Rosewater throughout your hair while it’s still damp and blow dry your hair straight.
Parting your hair down the middle, brush a small section of your hair on the right side back into a ponytail, adding extensions in if you need extra length. Repeat with the section of your hair on the left side, and twist each ponytail into a mini bun at the top of your head, using bobby pins to secure into place. Smooth the rest of your hair with a flat iron for a sleek finish and add a hint of texture by spraying the Ouai Texturizing Hairspray throughout.

With her Hello Kitty buns in place, makeup artist Mary Phillips gave Khloe a glam face to match. Mary used the matte nude Lorac Color Source Buildable Blush in Tinge on Khloe’s cheeks, adding a soft hint of color as well as a sharp contour. Giving her a smokey eye and mega long lashes, Mary finished Khloe’s lip with the perfect nude lip, using MAC Lipstick in Fleshpot.
