This campaign showcases the third complete collection of Fenty for Stance. Rihanna stars in the campaign for her newest collection of socks and hosiery and all of the pieces are amazing, as always. The collection, which features 19 styles, has very girly and romantic vibes, with a hint of athleisure and punk, as well as a soft pastel palette.
As the Contributing Creative Director of Stance, Ri made the collection truly reflect her own personal style. “The collection mixes varsity style elements with pastel colors, sexy sheers, mesh and lace.” You can also expect some new styles including toeless and footless silhouettes, as well as anklets, over the knee and thigh highs. “The use of the number 8 in select styles mark significant milestones including her 8th Studio Album ‘Anti,’ the fastest album to ever go Platinum, and her birth year 1988,” how amazing is that?
Candy Harris, the SVP of the Women’s Division at Stance, gushed about RiRi, “It’s amazing to watch Rihanna take charge of the project she’s put her name on, and see how her vision comes to life in the socks and through the campaign. She continues to innovate the category and reminds us all that socks can be a defining style statement.”
