On the April 19 episode of Jill & Jessa: Counting On, we finally get to see the Duggar family’s finished treehouse and it is BEYOND impressive! The older Duggar girls get some major bonding time in while taking a girl’s trip to Branson, Missouri, and they also help out an animal friend along the way!
The jam-packed episode begins with a look at the Duggar’s treehouse — we finally get to see the finished product! And boy did the kid’s hard work pay off. The treehouse is not only large, which had the youngsters commenting that it was “way bigger than we thought it would be,” but it also features glass windows and quite an impressive ramp leading up to the front door. Trust us, this is not your average treehouse! Of course the kids started playing in it right away, which “melted” the hearts of the older Duggars — aw!
The rest of the episode is filled with footage from the older Duggar girl’s fun getaway trip. Sister-in-law Anna, Jessa, Joy, Jinger, and Jana Duggar all gear up for a three-day trip to Branson, Missouri for an epic weekend of girl time and “older sister talk.” But of course they couldn’t resist bringing babies Meredith and Spurgeon along for the ride.

During their two-hour car trip to Branson, the girls spot a cow on the side of the road — oh no! They immediately get out of the car and rush to help it, which, we have to say, is pretty hilarious to watch. But the ladies actually manage to chase it back behind the fence it came from — phew! That was certainly a close call.
Later on during their trip, the girls experience a fancy restaurant for the first time and get all dressed up to go out. They all look so pretty as they sit down to enjoy their meal — they even wore heels for the occasion! However, the ladies quickly realize that the menu isn’t easy to decipher.”I don’t know what the scallopini is,” Jessa tells her sisters. Anna offers, “It’s probably like scalloped potatoes,” before Jessa decides, “It’s squid!”

Jinger then explains to the camera, “We were looking at the menu, and I think a lot of us, we haven’t been to enough of these fancy restaurants to know the names, and so I was like, ‘What are leeks? Like, I don’t know if I want this on my plate.'” But luckily the girls figured it out with a little help from their waiter and in the end, the all seemed to immensely enjoy their meals. They even ordered cheesecake for dessert!
