Uh oh. Nia Guzman’s going after Chris Brown hard! She recently filed a new lawsuit against him in California in an effort to gain more child support for their daughter, Royalty, HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned. Find out all the details here!
Nia Guzman already went after Chris Brown for child support in Houston, Texas, but now that she’s a full-time resident of Los Angeles, she has filed a new lawsuit in California — all for more money! Nia believes Chris should be paying her a lot more child support than he already is.
“Nia is absurd. She’s been living in California for months and has established residency there just so she could take Chris to court in LA for more child support! The case is already in affect and Nia wants more than what they agreed upon in Houston. She wants more — way more — because Royalty deserves every opportunity that life has to offer. Chris continues to flash his gold and diamonds around on Instagram, and him buying a new Ferrari every day infuriates Nia. She’s trying to secure Royalty’s future and she wishes Chris would understand that,” a source close to Chris tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY.
As we previously reported, Chris was initially paying Nia $2,500 a month, but then she demanded $15,000 a month. After a Dec. 2015 court ruling, it was decided that he would continue paying the $2,500 a month in child support, but also pay for Royalty’s schooling, health insurance, medical bills and nannies. But now, Nia wants more again.
“Things were cool with him and Nia for the longest time, but the more time she spends in LA, the more she becomes a diva and wants Chris to foot her bill! She still wants more child support even though they worked out an agreement between one another. Nia feels like she’s entitled to everything Chris has and she even had the nerve to tell him she’s entitled to half of his earnings from the Royalty album because she feels he’s making money off their daughter’s back. Nia has got it in for Chris. She’s using Royalty to take him to the cleaners,” another source tells us EXCLUSIVELY.
