Plot details surrounding the Gilmore Girls revival have been hard to come by, but these photos provide a glimpse into what’s going in Stars Hollow now. Let’s talk about the most important photo — the one of Luke (Scott Patterson) and Lorelai (Lauren Graham) holding hands! Our beloved couple is still together and look so happy. Hopefully they’re married!
Rory (Alexis Bledel) and Lorelai are also hitting Stars Hollow rocking all-new looks. The mother-daughter duo look like they just got back from a vacation. They come across Babette, who is planning Stars Hollow: The Musical! Rory’s journalism career also may have taken a backseat over the past eight years. In one photo, she’s at the front of a classroom. Has Rory found her true calling?
Emily (Kelly Bishop) looks better than ever. She’s now living life without Richard, who was played by the late Edward Herrmann.
The Gilmore Girls revival is the most highly-anticipated TV event of 2016. Melissa McCarthy is reprising her role as Sookie, Lorelai’s BFF. Milo Ventimiglia, Jared Padalecki, Matt Czuchry, Keiko Agena, Sean Gunn and more cast members will be returning for the event, titled Gilmore Girls: Seasons. Lauren’s Parenthood co-star Mae Whitman and former Bunheads star Sutton Foster will also be making cameos. Catch up on Gilmore Girls now by signing up for Amazon Prime!
