The Golden State Warriors…lose? After blowing a 17-point lead to the pitiful Minnesota Timberwolves, fans doubt that Steph Curry’s squad will break the Chicago Bulls’ win record. Some called it the ‘worst overturn’ ever while others said the Warriors can ‘kiss 73 wins good-bye.’ Click to see!
Stephen Curry, 28, Andre Iguodala, 32, and the rest of the Golden State Warriors aren’t going to break Michael Jordan, 53, and the Chicago Bulls record for most wins in a season if they keep playing like that! The Warriors lost a home game against the Minnesota Timberwolves, leaving some Dubs fans scared that the team will lose their shot at history!
There was a time when the Warriors were invincible at home, but after dropping a second loss at the Oracle Arena on April 5, the Dubs are looking less golden than ever before. Golden State was ahead of the Wolves by 17-points at one part of the game, per NBA.com, but the scrappy Minnesota team came back to win it in overtime, 124-117.
In order for the Warriors to beat the 1995-96 Bulls record of 72 victories, they have to win their last four games. Two of those battles are with the Memphis Grizzlies and the other two are with the Warriors biggest rivals, the San Antonio Spurs. The Spurs actually beat Golden State on March 19, per ESPN, so fans are preparing for the worst.
“Who would have thought Golden State would lose two home games in a row,” one fan asked, while another called the loss to the Timberwolves “one of the worst overturns I’ve ever seen.” Another even joked that there was a time when everyone thought Golden state would never lose. One Dubs fan couldn’t even believe that Golden State would actually fall to Minnesota, asking, “Did I just read my update right? WTF?” One was just flabbergasted, asking Steph and Andre “how are you about to lose…to the wolves?”
Golden State Warriors out here choking how are you about to lose at home to the wolves???

One of the worst overturns I've ever seen. This league doesn't want to see golden state lose, especially at home.

The Warriors will try for their 70th win against the Spurs on April 7, and if they lose this game, Steph will have to console himself with some of his wife’s cooking. Ayesha Curry, 27, landed a new cooking show on the Food Network, so at least Steph will be able to drown his tears with some healthy comfort food.
Do you think the Warriors will make history, HollywoodLifers? Or do you think the Bulls record will remain untouched?
