We have to admit. There is a little less working out and a little more comfort food in the winter. It’s easy to hide any weight gain with baggy sweaters. But now that Spring it here, it’s time to show off what you’ve got! Here are some arm exercises so you can be toned and feel fabulous in just 30 minutes a day!

We spoke to Luke Milton, celebrity trainer and founder of Training Mate, a boutique training facility in West Hollywood, Calif. Stars like Rachel Mcadams, Freida Pinto, Jess Metcalfe, Tyra Banks, Adrian Grenier and Busy Philipps are all fans of Training Mate!
Luke hasn’t worked with Taylor, but shared some tips on how to get her toned arms and no “armpit bulge” for a sexy look this summer.

Here’s Luke’s workout to get sexy arms like Taylor:
“All of these should be done for 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off. Repeat each set 3 times.
Wide grip push-ups
Light dumbbell boxing (5-10lbs)”
In general, you can’t spot reduce fat, so these exercises should be done in combination with cardio and a balanced diet to really show results. Remember to keep up the water and stay hydrated.”
Taylor has a more curvy body lately, and it’s because she is working out like crazy! A source tells HollywoodLife.com: “Taylor has a great new butt that she has been working hard for. Taylor’s boyfriend Calvin [Harris] is a workout fiend and so she has been doing her best to keep up with his high standards for health and fitness. Taylor has been exercising five days a week at Body By Simone, a group fitness dance studio in West Hollywood named after owner Simone De La Rue. The hour long classes combine dance, cardio and aerobics with great music and positive energy.”
