Showing us a look at her makeup kit, Bella had containers separated into different categories like brushes, foundations and concealers and highlighters. Before Bella even applied a drop of makeup to her face, the actress reached for a light moisturizer like the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel, stressing, “What you always want to do before you put on makeup is apply a moisturizer because you want your skin to be super smooth and soft,” she says.
After applying a bit of acne medication to a breakout on her face, Bella applied a tinted moisturizer all over her face and went back in with concealer to add more coverage where needed. Next, Bella concealed the dark circles under her eyes, advising that you gently blend this in since the skin around your eyes is so much more sensitive. To perfect her base, Bella used the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Powder and applied a liquid highlighter to the high points of her face (mainly her cheekbones, bridge of the nose and cupid’s bow).
To complete her face makeup, Bella added a soft contour at the hallows of her cheeks, her forehead and even her nose, stressing that once you lay the color down, you need to “blend, blend, blend until it looks normal.” After applying a setting powder, Bella used a pink coral blush on her cheeks then brushed and filled in her brows.
To finish her look, she used a black gel liner to create a thin cat eye, then went back in with a dark green eyeshadow on her lids and a shimmering gold shade at the inner corners before finishing with a berry lip.
