His towel game is strong! Justin Bieber, 22, showed off his chiseled abs in a new Instagram snap that he couldn’t wait to share with his fans. The Biebs can be seen wearing nothing but a towel as he takes a walk along a deserted highway, near what appears to be a lake in the photo uploaded on Apr. 1.

Maybe Justin, who is currently in Salt Lake City, UT as his Purpose tour continues, went skinny-dipping which is why the nighttime photo is so dark?

Either way, this is no April Fools, and it was lucky for Justin that the highway was deserted because that pict looks like a scene out of a horror movie.

Brave Justin also opted to be at one with his natural surroundings, preferring to take the high road barefoot. Doesn’t he know there’s venomous snakes in Utah — presuming that’s where the photo was taken?!

Meanwhile, Justin was the subject of a bizarre confessional from his (clearly) former pal Ariana Grande, who admitted the pair aren’t on speaking terms at the moment. The two unfollowed each other on Twitter and Instagram recently, and a UK radio station wanted to get to the bottom of it.  “No. I mean, maybe he blocked me or something?” Ariana replied when asked by KISS FM UK host Charlie Hedges if there was any beef. “No… There’s nothing to report. We haven’t spoken in months. He’s a great guy. He’s a great artist. We have a nice friendship. There’s nothing going on.”
