Bella Thorne is giving us major ab envy! The actress has recently turned into a fitness buff, and she’s been sharing her training secrets through her Instagram. See her quick tip for flat abs and her other workout essentials, ahead!
Like all of us, Bella Thorne, 18, made a vow to whip herself into shape. But the Disney star has followed through with her regular workouts, and she looks great! Sharing a picture of herself at the gym, Bella wore a pair of athletic pants that were cinched at the waist, an ab-baring black sports bra and black choker necklace.

Aside from showing us that even in the gym, she still stays stylish, Bella also showed us her flat abs that were the result of months of hard work. Captioning the pic: “I always stretch before my workout and after. ..to make the muscles grow longer and slimmer :) #workoutip#thirstythursday #thankfulthursday,” Bella reminded us of an important step we often forget.
Not only does stretching before and after working out help to create lean muscles, but it also warms your body up for the exercises ahead and helps to prevent injury and soreness. Side bend stretches and yoga poses like the cobra and childs pose are great for warming up your ab muscles and stretching them out post-workout.
Of course, it wasn’t just stretching that got Bella her flat abs. At the start of the new year, the actress shared it was her resolution to tone up her body. Posting short videos of her routine along with her workout and diet tips, Bella has made sticking to her workouts look easy.
