D’Angelo Russell, 20, is taking all of the heat for Nick Young cheating on Iggy Azalea, 25, but thankfully it doesn’t seem to be affecting his game. With the help of his pal and mentor, Kobe Bryant, 37, he was able to play and keep his head in the game.
“It was tough to a certain extent,” D’Angelo said, responding to a reporter’s question about how he was able to get into the game following all of the talk about his alleged involvement in a video of his teammate, Nick Young, admitting to cheating on his fiancee, Iggy Azalea. Thankfully, D’Angelo admits that he had help from Kobe before the game. To hear more about Nick and Iggy, head over to iTunes and download the latest HollywoodLife podcast for free!
“When you got a guy like Kobe or somebody that’s been through, I don’t know, everything, and he’s just like you gotta just play. You gotta just play, there’s no answer,” D’Angelo shared. “There’s nothing anybody can say, you gotta just play. I just ran with it.”
