“I am severely utterly in love with my first love. Went thru a bad breakup and ended up easing into a relationship with a man who was one of my bestfriend. Tho we realized we both weren’t exactly at a a time where we were prepared to do so,” Kehlani explained in an Instagram post, according to TMZ. “No I’m not a CHEATER, a THOT, im a BELIEVER IN FOLLOWING YOUR HEART and not LYING TO YOURSELF.”
To make this a little clearer, here’s the gist: Kehlani was with PND, they broke up; She got together with Kyrie, they broke up; She went back to PND, which resulted in the picture from bed. Although Kehlani didn’t elaborate on when she and Kyrie called it quits, she certainly made it clear that no cheating ever happened.
But as if it isn’t painful enough to go through a rough breakup, Kehlani now has to deal with all of the backlash from Kyrie’s fans. They brutally took shots at Kehlani for cheating on Kyrie — and the poor girl had to put up with it even though she knew it wasn’t deserved! The attacks got to be too much, and Kehlani tried to take her life on March 28. Fortunately, PartyNextDoor came to her rescue, and she revealed on Instagram that he saved her life. She’s now under a psychiatric hold until she’s no longer a threat to herself.
Despite the drama that now surrounds Kehlani and her exes, the singer also made sure to mention in her Instagram message that everyone involved in the situation is “happy and honest and mature.” Kehlani has since deleted everything from her Instagram page, but she definitely got her point across before doing so. Let’s just hope Kyrie’s fans trust her word!
