“She has told her closest pals she will step away from the limelight for five years before she next brings out an album,” a source told The Sun. “She’s still very new to motherhood and doesn’t want to miss out on Angelo growing up. It will be a hard thing for fans to hear.”

But she just returned! However, we totally understand why Adele would want to take another break. Her family is what’s most important!

Before releasing her latest album, 25, in Nov. 2015, Adele had been on a 3-year break. During that time, she gave birth to her and boyfriend Simon Konecki’s son, Angelo. Before her break in 2012, she revealed why she didn’t want to be constantly working. “If I am constantly working, my relationships fail,” she told Vogue in an interview.

Adele is a devoted mom and doesn’t want to miss any important moments in her son’s life. Adele recently cried during her concert because her baby boy was watching her perform for the first time.

If Adele is serious about her break, the last show of her tour would be in Mexico City on Nov. 15. Think about this: it could be 2021 before Adele releases a new album!
