Emma Roberts got a hair makeover just in time for the festival season! The actress went an auburn shade with blonde highlights and added several inches to her style. Get the details on her new hair color and cut, ahead!
Emma Roberts, 25, just took to Instagram to show off another hair makeover. The Scream Queens star looked ready for spring when she posted her new color and cut on March 23, with cat eye sunnies to complete her look.
Emma has been changing up her look a lot lately, having gone from long platinum locks this past fall to a blunt bob after the season finale of Scream Queens. Now, it seems like Emma missed her long hair since she’s back to a longer style (thanks to extensions).
But the biggest change in Emma’s look was her hair color! While we’re used to seeing her as a blonde, Emma decided to spice things up with an auburn shade that her colorist, Nikki Lee of Nine Zero One Salon called a “desert rose.” While everyone else tends to think going lighter with their color is the trend to follow for spring, we like that Emma took her hair a richer shade.
Nikki, who teamed up with co-owner Riawna Capri (who cut Emma’s new hair), hinted that we might be seeing her new rosy shade popping up at Coachella.
After adding extensions, Riawna cut a long side bang and soft layers into Emma’s hair, and finished by styling her longer locks in her usual textured waves.
What do you think of Emma’s new color and length? Are you excited to see how she’ll style the look at Coachella?
