This is so sweet! Adele stopped midway through her song, ‘Someone Like You’ and gave an emotional shoutout to her three-year-old son, Angelo and started to cry! You have got to watch this touching video!
Adele is such a good mommy! The 27-year-old could barely get through her hit, “Someone Like You” while performing at London’s O2 arena March 17 because it was the first time her son, Angelo had ever seen her perform in concert. She got choked up and called him “peanut” before having the crowd jump in and sing the next verse because she was crying!
Adele was in the middle of her sold out concert when she had to stop because she was overwhelmed by the fact that her three-year-old son, Angelo, was watching her perform in concert for the very first time. A fan caught the emotional moment on video and posted it with the caption: “For all the adele fandom people who are retweeting me, she’s crying a little bit.” Adele is seen in the video stopping in the middle of “Someone Like You” and yelling out. “I love you so much, Peanut!” She then held the mic out for the crowd to finish and they did.

Adele has been very open about the fact that she took three years off to raise her son and said in a recent interview: “It’s the greatest thing I ever did. Now I have a purpose. I want him to be proud of me and understand why I do this.” Adele has said that she wants her son to see her perform because he wants her to think she’s “cool.”
