They all make very valid points. We’re especially cracking up at the images of Trump’s head photoshopped onto 14-year-old Daniel Lara‘s head from the “Damn Daniel” vine. What a visual that we’ll very be able to erase from our memories. Thanks, guys! All joking aside, protestors have attended all of Trump’s rallies to call these issues to attention, and they’ve faced unfathomable backlash and violence because of it.
Protestors, especially those of color, have been threatened, beaten, called atrocious names, and physically thrown out of venues at the hands of Trump supporters just for exercising their legal right to protest. The brutal tension between Trump protestors and supporters escalated to such a point in Chicago that Trump postponed his rally. He did the same in Cincinnati on March 12, after he was frightened by a yelling protestor behind his podium at a previous campaign stop.
