Even after winning $55 million dollars in her lawsuit, Erin Andrews doesn’t feel she has a reason to celebrate — especially because she has a ‘long way to go’ before this emotional ordeal is over.
Erin Andrews, 37, isn’t planning a victory parade any time soon after winning the lawsuit against Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt University after Michael David Barrett recorded her in the nude without consent.
“There hasn’t been celebrations that have come from the verdict because Erin knows that there is a long way to go and she is still scarred from the whole ordeal emotionally,” a source close to the DWTS correspondent tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY about how Erin is feeling after winning her case.
Unfortunately, it’s not surprising that Erin isn’t planning to celebrate her win. After all, there is no amount of money in the world that can reverse how Michael David Barrett violated her privacy and put her on display for the world to see. Hopefully she will one day be able to move past the horrific event.
The source continued, “The one constant has been Jarrett [Stoll]. It has taken a toll on the relationship but he has been a rock and she appreciates him being there for her throughout. It has been tough but he makes her happy and tries to separate things as much as possible.”
It’s so wonderful that Erin has someone to rely on, as well as a shoulder to cry on as she undergoes this traumatic experience.
“He has really helped with her stress in the whole situation, it clearly has been a day-by-day process but he has been so cool throughout that what he has done just by being there for her has been working,” our source explained, sharing just how close this mess has brought Erin and Jarrett. Sweet, right?
