The photos don’t lie, Rob Kardashian is working his butt off to get his old body back. HollywoodLife.com has learned EXCLUSIVELY what the reality star’s hardcore gym routine consists of and it’s NOT long walks on the treadmill.
Rob Kardashian has been flaunting his gym dates all over social media, but what does his regiment actually consist of? HollywoodLife.com has learned that while Blac Chyna, 28, is putting in work in the kitchen, Rob is putting in real work with weights.
“Rob’s favorite machine to lose weight has been the elliptical,” an insider tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “He has been on it everyday trying to get in his low-impact cardio, he hates running on the treadmill.” Our insider went on to add that Rob is getting a lot of help thanks to his new girl friend. “He has been eating much healthier with Blac, lots of chicken breast, fish and veggies. Besides the cardio, he has been doing some weight lifting and Blac has even turned him on to yoga.”

That’s not all. Rob has dished out some good money for a private trainer. “They have a private instructor come in and teach just the two of them a couple times a week. He has lost many pounds but is far from his goal weight.” Our source adds, “He is determined and disciplined about getting what he calls ‘college Rob’ back.” Regardless, we are super proud of how far Rob has come. His results are as clear as day — keep it up! You also can’t deny that Blac is the one helping to boost Rob’s self confidence — if you can remember he steered clear of the public eye for so long. He wasn’t the least bit camera shy when he stepped out with Blac in L.A. on Feb. 16 looking both happier and healthier than we’ve seen him in quite some time.
