The pack learned that Mason was the Beast, and they were determined to do whatever they could to save his life. Scott and Liam even agreed to work with Theo to find their friend!
The Beast’s new identity has been revealed, and now it’s all about saving Mason’s life. On the March 1 episode of Teen Wolf, Theo returned to the fold and killed [SPOILER], Lydia convinced Parrish to stay in Beacon Hills, and the final moments of the episode could have been the end for one character.

Corey took Mason to sleep in the tunnels, so Scott couldn’t follow Mason’s scent. Mason just couldn’t believe he was the Beast. How could he be a genetic chimera and didn’t know it? Corey tried to explain everything. Despite being in the tunnels, Mason wasn’t safe from the Dread Doctors. The evil trio found Mason and Corey. They attempted to escape and ran out into the rain. Corey tried to use his invisibility power to get the heck out of dodge, but the Dread Doctors found and took Mason.
Meanwhile, Tracy and Theo tried to convince Josh to put on that crazy mask so they could find out who the Beast was. Apparently, the properties in the mask were based in electromagnetism. Josh would likely be the only one to survive putting it on. Well, given its history, Josh refused.
Lydia and Stilinski were trying to stop Parrish from leaving town, and even went so far as to ruin Parrish’s tires. Low blow. Parrish didn’t want to stay. He thought he was the one killing everyone. Lydia had seen things, and sometimes they didn’t happen. Stilinski brought up the valid point that those bodies Parrish kept seeing could be because Parrish left. Lydia knew Parrish was brought to Beacon Hills for a reason, and he couldn’t leave without knowing what that reason was. Lydia and Parrish went to the Nemeton, and Lydia was sure Parrish would be able to save everyone in the end. Parrish had another vision and saw a dead Lydia! He couldn’t let Lydia die.
Pain, Life, Power
Scott suffered a few injuries during his run-in with the Beast. Kira took care of him like a sweet girlfriend. Outside Scott’s room, Malia finally told Stiles that the Desert Wolf wanted to kill him. After learning that, Stiles was adamant he had to have a gun. When Braeden handed him one, Stiles immediately dropped it. LOL.
The pack came together to find Mason. Corey was eavesdropping, and he spilled the beans that the Dread Doctors took Mason. Yeah, they were doing something CRAZY to Mason.
Theo was back, thank goodness. However, his pack was falling apart. Deucalion was ready to get his end of the bargain — Scott’s eyes — or else. It was time for Theo to take charge. Deucalion taught Theo a lesson — it was all about pain, life and power. He had to take until there was nothing left.
So Theo went after Josh and killed him. Now Theo had Josh’s power, so he could put on the mask. Deucalion urged Theo to put it on. When Theo did, he screamed! Don’t hurt his face, please!
Theo and Tracy met up with Liam and Scott at the school. Theo claimed that he didn’t see Mason when he put on the mask. Wait, what? Theo was willing to make a deal to keep Mason alive. All Scott had to do was bring a set of maps to Theo.
Theo and his crew were only going to paralyze the Beast so Theo could take his power. Scott and Liam brought the maps, and they went with Theo to find the center of the current, a.k.a. Mason’s location. Theo admitted that he actually saw Sebastian in his vision. Well, well, well.
They found Mason in the Dread Doctors’ lair, but he was connected to one of the Dread Doctors’ experiments. Scott tried to pull the needle-like thing out of his skull, but it was no use. Then the Dread Doctors showed up. They called Theo a failure, but he swore he wasn’t.
One of the Dread Doctors went on this crazy rant at Theo that I’m just going leave you with: “But your failure taught us one thing… That you were and would always be an ordinary evil. We believed that to resurrect the perfect killer we had to start with the perfect evil. From you, we learned true evil only comes from corrupting something truly good.”
It didn’t take long for Theo, Scott and Liam to go after the Dread Doctors. They basically forgot about Mason, who ended up transforming without frequency. Mason, as the Beast, took down the Dread Doctors one by one. The Beast then transformed into Sebastian! Um, where’s Mason?! Is Mason dead?!
Other Happenings In Beacon Hills:
*Malia wanted to keep Stiles safe, but he was more than perfectly safe at the police station with LYDIA! The Desert Wolf was watching, but whatever. She actually followed Braeden and Malia back to the house. Braeden and the Desert Wolf had a nasty fight inside. Braeden was a total badass and trapped the Desert Wolf inside with Malia. This should be fun.
*The only Stydia action this week was Lydia and Stiles at the police station. They sat on the couch together! Oh, and that’s when Melissa revealed that Mason did have two sets of DNA — because he ate his twin in the womb!
*Kira had to leave town again, but she swore she was coming back. She had to put her sword back together, so she went to the Skinwalkers. They said they could help, but it would come with a price.
