So heartbreaking. Erin Andrews took the stand in her peeping Tom case and tearfully revealed what it was like the exact moment she learned that nude video of her was all over the internet in 2009. It’s obvious that the pain of the incident is still very present even to this very day.

This is simply gut wrenching. Erin Andrews, 37, had the emotionally draining task of testifying in open court about the peeping Tom incident which caused secretly recorded nude video of her to be circulated all over the web. Erin is suing her stalker Michael Bennett who took the video of her changing clothes through a hotel room peephole, as well as the Nashville Marriott for giving him her room information and allowing him to get close access to her in a $75 million civil lawsuit.

Erin detailed the exact moment when the then-ESPN college football reporter found that there was video of her naked and online, as a friend had called her to break the news. She told a Nashville, TN jury Feb. 29 that, “There’s naked video of you on the internet’ and I said ‘no there’s not, I don’t do that. What are you talking about?” while sobbing. “I grabbed my lap top and flipped it open. I saw it for like two seconds and I shut it down and I was like ‘oh my God I’ve got to call you back’ and I called my parents.”

“I was just screaming I was naked all over the internet and I didn’t know what it was, and my dad said he thought I’d been in a car accident, asking ‘why are you screaming?’ and I said ‘Dad, I’m naked all over the internet and I don’t know what it is.” she revealed dramatically. Her father Steve Andrews has already testified that the experience left the Dancing With the Stars host “terrified,” “depressed” and a “shell of her former self.”

Even worse than such an extreme violation of privacy was the fact that in the months that followed, some news outlets speculated that she might have put up the video herself as a publicity stunt! “Probably for about three months, everyone thought it was a publicity stunt. The New York post said ‘ESPN scandal,’ Fox News, CBS, everybody put up that I was doing to for publicity and that ripped me apart.”

When asked if she’d ever posed for nude photos she gave a firm “No” and when asked if she ever would post for such pictures she tearfully replied “Never.” Her testimony will continue on Mar. 1.

HollywoodLifers, do you hope Erin gets the full $75 million that she’s suing for?
