What a beautiful moment! Lady Gaga was joined on stage at the Oscars by dozens of beautiful sexual assault survivors on Feb. 28, and Best Actress winner Brie Larson took the time to hug each and every one of them! See the touching video, here.
This is seriously so sweet. Brie Larson, 26, was clearly very moved by Lady Gaga’s powerful Oscar performance of her song “Till It Happens To You.” The singer was joined by dozens of strong women who have survived abuse, and Brie made sure to hug each of the ladies as they exited the stage. We have the heartwarming video, here.
Lady Gaga selflessly shared her big moment on the Oscars stage with dozens of women who have been painfully subjected to sexual assault, and it definitely touched the hearts of the audience. At one point in Gaga’s performance, a curtain lifted to reveal the strong women, who look just like you and me – proving that anyone can be a victim. These women raised their fists in the air defiantly at the end, on which they’d written messages of strength and empowerment.
Clearly, Brie was affected by the heart wrenching moment. As each of the women climbed off the stage, Brie hugged them all. She went out of her way to show her support for the survivors and their very important cause. It was so beautiful to see all of these strong women come together to form a united front in the face of such a terrible enemy.

We can’t think of a more wonderful person than Brie, which makes us even happier that she was the one to take home the Oscar for Best Actress for her role in the heartbreaking film Room on Feb. 28. Brie was just as gracious and sweet as always in her touching acceptance speech, and looked as gorgeous on stage as she is in her heart.
