But throughout most of her relationship with James, Khloe was dealing with Lamar Odom’s hospitalization and recovery — and she hasn’t ruled out a real reconciliation with him. “I need to get married again,” she says in the Feb. 24 episode. “Listen, at this point, I don’t know what tomorrow is going to bring, I’ve learned that. So even if I remarry the same person again — I don’t know, that’s not where I am right now.”
