Oh no! YouTube sensation is taking a break from YouTube and social media. The star pretty much vanished from the internet and left only one message for his fans on Twitter: ‘I give up.’
Sam Pepper, 26, fans, this is upsetting. Despite having more than two million subscribers, the YouTube star has quit YouTube and social media and left no explanation for his fans. He deleted all of his tweets except for one that read, “I give up.”

When you go to Sam’s YouTube page, you’ll be hit with this message: “This channel has no content.” He’s got nearly 3 million subscribers, and now they’re left with nothing. Everything is now private on his channel.
He also took to Twitter to delete his tweets. He only left one up for fans: “I give up.” He gave no reason for why he decided to quit the internet.
In the past few years, Sam has encountered controversy. In 2014, he was accused of sexual harassment. “He tried to touch me around my chest area and I moved his hand away because I wasn’t comfortable with that,” Dottie Martin told Newsbeat about her encounter with Sam.
Sam also received backlash after posting a video in which he wore a prosthetic hand and groped women on the street. He was reportedly investigated by the police over the video. He also shocked fans when he pretended to kill his fellow YouTube star Colby.
Well, we hope for the sake of Sam’s fans, he’ll reveal why he decided to leave the internet. His fans deserve an explanation. We hope it’s nothing too serious.
