‘The Walking Dead’ cast taped a full segment for ‘Inside the Actor’s Studio,’ and we have to say — we can’t wait. In this exclusive sneak peek, James Lipton runs down some of his routine questions, but one answer may surprise you.
What career would the cast of The Walking Dead be doing for a living if they weren’t acting on a huge hit television show? Well, painting, one says — and yes, I’m talking about Steven Yeun (we could totally see him as a painter). For Danai Gurira, she’d be heading back to school to “teach the arts full time.” Watch the exclusive Inside the Actor’s Studio clip here!

So what career would the stars not want. Creator Robert Kirkman‘s answer is practical: welding since he watched his dad doing it when he was growing up, and it didn’t look so fun. Well good answer. For Lauren Cohan, though, she said “unemployed” with an uncomfortable laugh. We all know that with this show, you could be unemployed at any given second so let’s hope that doesn’t happen. (Also, she just scored a guest spot on The Mindy Project, so we don’t think you have anything to worry about girl.)
Another question that James always asks about is heaven — what you’d like to hear God say when you arrive at the gates. “Would you like to go back?” Rob answers. “Ive been with you the whole time,” Lauren adds. Of course, Norman Reedus’ answer is the funny one: “’Wow I wasn’t expecting you. Come on back, there’s seven Rihanna‘s waiting for you in a hot tub.’ Something like that!”
Tune in to Inside the Actor’s Studio on Thursdays on Bravo at 8PM ET. The Walking Dead returns to AMC this Sunday, Feb. 14 at 9PM ET.
