Things haven’t been the easiest for Kristin Cavallari in the last couple of months, but will Valentine’s Day help lift her spirits? She EXCLUSIVELY shared her plans for the lover’s holiday, and it definitely sounds like she’s looking forward to February 14!

After Kristin Cavallari tragically lost her brother, Michael Cavallari, just before Christmas, Valentine’s Day will hopefully be holiday of happiness rather than grieving. And now that the football season is officially over, Kristin, 29, likely has something exciting planned with quarterback hubby, Jay Cutler! So exactly how much romance will be happening for Kristin on this year’s V-Day?

“To be honest we haven’t even talked about it,” Kristin revealed to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY at an event for The Boys & Girls Clubs Of America and Wonderful Halos. “We can only handle a few days at a time! My guess is that we will go to dinner or I am all about cooking dinner and the two of us having dinner after the kids go to bed. And then being able to get in our bed at 9 o’clock or 930 and go to bed too!”

It sounds like Kristin’s definition of romance might be a little different than the average person’s. We can’t really blame her, though — three kids can really take a lot out of you!

But while Valentine’s Day is universally known as a day for lovers, for Kristin, this year’s V-Day is all about all of her loved ones. With the sudden death of Michael in December, Kristin has really had to lean on all of her family members to get through the tough times. She even said that her little daughter Saylor is what gave her strength, so we wouldn’t doubt it if she wants to spend a love-based day with her whole family!

Plus, even though it has been two months since Michael was found dead after going missing, it was just revealed on Feb. 9 that he froze to death. So while Kristin has had time to process the devastating loss, she is still being reminded of the tragedy. Nevertheless, Kristin seems to be in good spirits, and her Valentine’s Day plans sound like a perfect way to spend the holiday. Hopefully a day of love with Jay, Saylor, and the rest of her family will make for her best V-Day yet!
