From cozy knits to cutout leggings and fur, the BCBG Fall 2016 collection consisted of trends we want to rock, right off the runway — and the celeb set is going to look great in this wearable collection.
New York Fashion Week is officially here and we kicked things off on Feb. 11 at the BCBG Fall 2016 show, where layered looks made their debut down the runway, with a neutral color palette that featured grey hues that were anything but glum, as fur accents topped off the collection.
Cozy, oversized knits were mixed with leather, giving the line a luxe feel that was also super wearable — whether you decide to complete layer up or rock the pieces alone, the collection screams winter chic. It was all about piling on the items, as models rocked sleeveless jackets and dresses over long-sleeved shirts, leggings, and even striped tights or cutout leggings. There was even a wrap coat that reminded us of the boho version of the outerwear Olivia Pope always wears on Scandal.
We can’t wait to see the separates on their own — and with the brand’s celeb following, we’re sure stylish stars will be first to debut the looks. A cool, color-blocked silhouette looked sleek and chic for Eva Longoria and laid-back separates, like a striped knit skirt that fell past the knee, seemed perfect for Sophia Bush, a major fan of the brand.
From Bailee Madison to Nina Agdal and Sami Gayle, a slew of famous faces were sitting pretty in the front row as the collection debuted during New York Fashion Week. Join Amazon Prime For Free – Watch Thousands of Movies & Shows Anytime
