Slay, Beyonce, slay! After Queen Bey tore down the house during the Halftime show of Super Bowl 50, she kept the party going into the night. At an after-party, everyone was dancing and along to Bey’s ‘Formation’ — including her! Click to watch.
Beyonce, 34, was dancing like she, not the Denver Broncos, just won Super Bowl 50, especially after her killer appearance at the Halftime show. While partying at a post-game celebration, the “Formation” singer couldn’t help but groove along to her brand new song!
All the action was captured by Diplo, 37, who was at Bey’s private party in San Jose, following the Super Bowl, according to PEOPLE. The EDM star uploaded a vid to his Snapchat, capturing Bey and a group of her friends dancing along with her tune. When the crowd sings, “I might get your song played on the radio station, ‘cause I slay,” Beyonce’s grin can’t possibly be wider.
Bey should be happy. She roared during the Super Bowl in a way that almost put Katy Perry, 31, and her giant robotic lion to shame. Bey’s mother, Tina Knowles, 62, even referred to her daughter as “Slayonce” following that jaw-dropping performance. It’s a new nickname that Bey definitely earned.
Lady Gaga, 29, also joined in on the “Formation” party at Halftime. After kicking off the NFL’s biggest night with a powerful rendition of “The Star Spangled Banner,” Gaga pulled off a quick costume change into more comfortable clothes so she could dance along to Bruno Mars, 30 and Bey. While everything about Bey was on point that evening — from her makeup to her nails — there was someone who fell out of formation: Chris Martin, 38, the lead singer of Coldplay. Chris tried to keep up with Queen Bey, but she quickly upstaged him. If that wasn’t bad enough, Chris revealed that he once wrote a duet for the two of them, a song she turned down because she thought it was “awful!” Thankfully, the two were able to finally come together for a much better song, Coldplay’s “Hymn For The Weekend.”
Are you jamming out to “Formation,” HollywoodLifers? Are you excited for new music from Bey?
