Wow. A furious Cam Newton, 26, stormed off the stage right in the middle of a post-Super Bowl press conference on Feb. 7! After giving one-word answers, the Carolina Panthers quarterback said he was “done” and walked away from reporters. One thing’s for sure — Cam is NOT happy right now.
It couldn’t have been easy for Cam to face the press after the Panthers lost to the Broncos in Super Bowl 50. But Cam didn’t want to talk — at all. The quarterback looked beyond furious during the press conference. After being asked about the “tough” loss, Cam huffed he was “done” and abruptly walked away from his seat. Watch the video below.
Cam spent nearly two-and-a-half minutes answering questions from reporters, mostly with with just one-word answers. He admitted that the Panthers got “outplayed” and was asked if there were things that happened during the game that he wasn’t expecting.
“They just played better than us,” he said. “I don’t know what you want me to say. They made more plays than us and that’s what it comes down to. We had our opportunities. We dropped balls, we turned the ball over, gave up sacks, errant passes. That’s it. They scored more points than us.”

The Panthers lost to the Broncos 10 to 24. Cam didn’t play his best game. He only completed 8 of 19 passes. However, it was only his first Super Bowl! Super Bowl 50 was Peyton Manning’s fourth Super Bowl appearance and his second title win.
