And Red Lobster has spoken! Beyonce gave the seafood restaurant a HUGE shoutout in her ‘Formation’ song, and now Red Lobster is breaking its silence! Check out their epic response to Bey! Plus, see the hilarious fan reactions!
Looks like Beyonce’s a Red Lobster fan! The singer, 34, name-dropped the restaurant in her new single, “Formation,” and the world lost it. It’s a tremendous honor to get recognized by the Queen Bey, and the restaurant is speaking out about the amazing shoutout. You won’t believe what Red Lobster has to say!

“‘Cheddar Bey Biscuits’ has a nice ring to it, don’t you think? #Formation @Beyonce,” Red Lobster tweeted on Feb. 6, just hours after Beyonce dropped her surprise song and music video. In the song, Beyonce says, “When he f*ck me good I take his a** to Red Lobster, cause I slay.”
It’s pretty much a dream come true to get name-dropped by Beyonce, especially in a song! Red Lobster’s legacy will live on forever in a Queen Bey tune. And we definitely think the restaurant should rename their signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits to “Cheddar Bey Biscuits.” It’s only fitting! After the song was released, “#RedLobster” started trending on Twitter. Check out some of the best fan tweets about Red Lobster below.

Beyonce’s new song and music video came as a surprise to everyone, not just Red Lobster. The music video featured Beyonce and Jay Z’s adorable daughter, Blue Ivy, 4. Beyonce looked INCREDIBLE in multiple outfits. She slayed everyone and everything with her moves. Stream Bey’s music HERE!
The song dropped one day before her Super Bowl halftime performance. Could she perform the new song at the Super Bowl? Red Lobster would get an even bigger shoutout on America’s biggest stage! Beyonce will reportedly perform two new songs during the halftime show, which will also feature Coldplay and Bruno Mars, 30, so it’s definitely a possibility “Formation” will be one of the songs!
