Is it hot in here or what? Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton works out completely shirtless in a new Beats by Dre commercial released one day before he goes head-to-head with Peyton Manning in Super Bowl 50. Click to WATCH!
Cam Newton, 26, has his eye on the prize, and that’s winning Super Bowl 50. In a new Beats by Dre commercial released one day before the Super Bowl, the Carolina Panthers quarterback gets sweaty and shows off his muscles. Watch now!
The commercial, titled “Cam’s Prayer,” is narrated by Future. “People say you should be yourself, but they never considered me. You placed purpose on my shoulders so now I come to you. Lord, give me the strength to finish this… my way,” the rapper says in the commercial.
The commercial, which includes Future’s track “Fly Sh*t Only,” features Cam in the weight room and getting prepped for what’s next. He’s working hard, which is evident by all of the sweat. He’s also totally shirtless, and Cam is buff beyond belief.
This is one heck of a commercial before the Super Bowl. There’s no doubt that Cam wants to “finish” the Super Bowl his way — with a win over the Denver Broncos.
Cam has a specific pre-game routine that likely inspired this commercial. “I listen to gospel music,” he told Atlanta Journal Constitution in 2015. “I pray. It’s the calm before the storm, knowing I’ve done everything possible to prepare.”
The Carolina Panthers quarterback has helped lead his team to the Super Bowl — that’s for sure! The Panthers are going into the Super Bowl with a 16-1 record. Cam has made some incredible plays over the course of the season, and he’s likely to shine in the Feb. 7 game. Watch out, Peyton Manning. The big game airs Feb. 7 at 6:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
