Naya Rivera, 28, revealed her amazing post-baby body on Feb. 1 just five months after welcoming her first baby, son Josey Hollis Dorsey on Sept. 17. The former Glee star flaunted her killer toned tummy and we can’t believe our eyes — her abs are insane!
Wow, we literally must know about Naya’s post-baby workout regiment. The new mommy shared a new pic via Instagram with the caption: “Yaaassss! Werk. It. Out.#fitmom @spingalnichelle,” which featured her amazing abs. She has her shirt puled up to reveal her toned tummy while posing in the snap with her fit friend, Nichelle Hines. You go girl!
Naya previously opened up about how crazy life has been for her and hubby Ryan Dorsey, 32, since welcoming baby Josey. “Looking back on the entire journey feels like a dream that I can’t believe I accomplished,” Naya wrote in a blog post for People. “And reality set in quickly when they placed him in my arms for the first time. This was my son, to have and to love, cuddle and oh wait … to feed. Throughout my pregnancy, I got a lot of advice on everything from birthing to newborn care to nutrition, but no one ever really broke it down to me when it came to breastfeeding. Bottom line, it’s hard! Breastfeeding is like finding out that all of a sudden you can get bacon from your elbow.”
